 The boot loader failed to read the signature of one or more of the
following files on the boot SD card:
1) Self-diagnostic module, 2) Kernel, 3) Root file system.
One or more of these files in the flash ROM or on the SD card is
false, missing, or revised.
Replace the controller board.
