Telegram 902 transfers as user data S_STW2, the variable SLS limit (S_SLS_LIMIT_A), the
S_ZSW2, the active SLS value of level 1 (S_SLS_LIMIT_A_ACTIVE), a counter value
(S_CYCLE_COUNT) and the safe position value in 32-bit format (S_XIST32).
