A.6 Exporting PLC alarms and text lists from the TIA Portal
You can display, configure and export PLC messages (program messages and system
messages) and the associated text lists in the TIA Portal to use them in the SINUMERIK ONE
Commissioning Tool.
Precondition
● The configuration of devices and settings that affect texts has been completed.
For example: Configuration of devices (device names, system diagnostics), process
diagnostics, alarms (e.g. Program_Alarm), programming (blocks with block-related alarms,
step chains)
If changes are made to the data after export, the procedure must be repeated.
● Hardware and software are completely compiled.
Note
Import any customized alarm texts before exporting
If you have defined customized SINUMERIK user alarm texts or DB2 alarm texts, import them
into the TIA Portal (Page 400) before exporting the alarms and text lists.
