KICKSTARTER/DRIVE PULLEY/DRIVEN PULLEY/CLUTCH
CLUTCH/DRIVEN PULLEY
REMOVAL
Remove the drive pulley (page 9-9).
Hold the clutch outer with the special tool and
loosen the clutch outer nut.
TOOL:
Universal holder 07725-0030000
Remove the nut and clutch outer.
Remove the clutch/driven pulley assembly.
Remove the drive belt from the driven pulley.
CLUTCH/DRIVEN PULLEY
DISASSEMBLY
Set the clutch spring compressor onto the clutch/
driven pulley, aligning the bosses with the holes in
the clutch.
