MAINTENANCE
Install the oil drain bolt with a new sealing washer
and tighten it.
TORQUE: 2 5 N-m (2.5 kgf m, 18 Ibf ft)
Fill the crankcase with the recommended oil (page
3-10).
OIL CAPACITY:
0.6 liter (0.6 US qt, 0.5 Imp qt) at draining
0.7 liter (0.7 US qt, 0.6 Imp qt) at disassembly
Check the engine oil level (page 3-10).
Install the oil filler cap/dipstick.
Make sure there are no oil leaks.

NOTE.
• Inspect and adjust the idle speed after all other
engine maintenance items have been performed
and are within specifications.
• The engine must be warm for accurate idle speed
inspection and adjustment.
Warm up the engine.
Place the scooter on its centerstand.
Remove the plug maintenance lid and connect a
tachometer.
Open the seat and remove the rubber plug.
Check the idle speed and adjust by turning the throt-
tle stop screw as required.
IDLE SPEED: 2,000 ± 100 rpm
