FUEL SYSTEM
Disconnect the open air and air supply hoses.
Remove the air cleaner housing assembly.
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
Install the wires and hoses properly (page 1-14).
CARBURETOR REMOVAL
Remove the luggage box (page 2-6).
Disconnect the vacuum hose, fuel hose and water
hose from the carburetor.
Disconnect the throttle position sensor 3P connector
and starting enrichment (SE) valve 2P connector.
Loosen the throttle cable lock nut.
Remove the throttle cable from the cable holder and
disconnect the throttle cable from the throttle drum.

Disconnect the water hose and install the plug into ^_
