REMOVAL OF CARRIER ROLLER
ASSEMBLY
1. Lower work equipment, then loosen lubricator (I),
and relieve track tension.

A The adjustment cylinder is under extremely
high pressure. Never loosen the lubricator more
that one turn. If the grease does not come out,
move the machine backwards and forwards.
2. Using hydraulic jack 0, push up the track to a
position where carrier roller assembly can be
removed, then remove carrier roller assembly
(2).

INSTALLATION OF CARRIER

Carry out installation in the reverse order to
removal.
* Adjust the track tension. For details, see
TESTING AND ADJUSTING, Testing and
adjusting track tension.
