- Press in shaft seal ring of the countershaft so it is flush with the open side fac-
ing in.
- Mount and tighten oil jet
in the oil channel.

Mou nt and tighten oi I jet

for piston cooling.

- Position all bearing retainers.
- Mount and tighten
screws

Locking screw for bearing M5
- Mount and tighlen oil suction pipe

Oil suction pipe M14x1

- Blowout the oil channel with compressed air and check that it is clear.

Remove nul
-
Take off the water pump impeller
- Remove screws
- Press oul balancer shaft gear wilh the bearing.
