- Heat the crankshaft bearing inner
race
in
special tool
and
mount together.

the opposite side.
- Ensure that the new crankshaft bearing inner
race
is flush.

I Hold the lower crank
web.

Remove
the connecting
rod
and
bearing.

Press
the crank pin out of the lower crank web.

Press
in
the new crank pin
as
far
as
possible.

Oil
hole is aligned with oil hole .
X If the oil holes
are
not correctly aligned, the conrad bearing will not
be
sup-
plied with oil.
-
Use
compressed air to check that the oil hole is clear.
