- Insert the special tool and
press
it
forcefully to the piston.
- Turn the special tool counterclockwise, thereby pushing the piston pin retainer into
the groove.

- Ensure that the piston pin retainer is seated properly
on
both sides.

Remove
the cloth.
Keep
the timing chain taut.
- Carefully push the cylinder downward, letting the locating pins engage.
- Insert quad ring .
- Mount O-ring
- Position the dowel pins.
- Ensure that the crankshaft
has
been
locked
in
the
TDC
position.
-
Degrease
the sealing
area
and thinly apply sealant to it.

- Mount the clutch cover.
- Mount screws and tighten once all of the clutch cover screws
have
been
mounted.

Screw, clutch cover M7x1
- Mount screws and tighten all screws in a crisscross pattern.
