Condition
The camshaft has not
been disassembled.
- Oil the camshafts and bearing positions.
I Lubricated with engine oil
- Position the camshafts and turn them
so the flat surfaces face upward.
- Position special tool
I Adjustment bush bridge (77329050000) ( .. p. 233)
- Check the valve timing.
I The special tool must be full contact with the cylinder head and flat surfaces.

If the special tool is not in full contact:
- Take
off the special tool.

Remove the camshafts.
- Force the camshaft gears off the camshafts.
- Adjust the valve timing. (

- Position the camshaft bearing bridges.
• Info
I Ensure that the needle rollers and the O-ring are correctly seated.
- Mount screws and tighten from the inside to the outside.

Lubricated with
engine oil
- Position the camshafts and turn them
so the flat surfaces face upward.

- Mount the special tool.

- Mount and tighten screws
