Remove
the carburetor.
Main
work
- Position the carburetor.
- Mount the hot start activation
- Mount the rubber sleeve
on
the cylinder head.
- Insert the carburetor into the rubber sleeve.

Info
I Align stud
on
the carburetor with notch in the rubber sleeve. The car-
buretor must
be
positioned vertically.
- Position
and
tighten
hose
clip
- Position the carburetor vent
hoses.
- Attach the connector
of
throttle position sensor
- Mount cable binder
- Position
and
tighten
hose
clip
- Connect the cables.
- Check the throttle cable routing. (

Move
the handlebar
to
the straight-ahead position.
- Turn adjusting screw in
as
far
as
possible.
- Turn adjusting screw
so
that there is play in the throttle cable at the throttle
grip.

- Tighten nut

Press
and hold the throttle grip in the closed setting. Turn adjusting screw out
until there
is
no
play in throttle cable
- Tighten nut
