cylinder wear lies within the specified tolerance:
- Replace the piston ring.
- Mount the piston ring with the marking facing toward the piston head.
- Clamp camshaft into a vise.

I Protect the outer cam
of
the camshaft against damage with
an
adhesive
tape.
Use
soft jaws.

Remove
screw
- Force camshaft gear
off
the camshaft.
- Take
off
roller bearing
-
Degrease
the cone of the camshaft and camshaft gear.
- Oil roller bearing and slide
it
on
the camshaft.
1 Lubricated with engine oil
- Mount camshaft gear
