- Remove the oil filler plug on the clutch cover and fill up with engine oil.

- Mount and tighten the oil filler plug.

- When running the engine, always make sure there is sufficient ventila-

effective exhaust extraction system.
- Start the engine and check that
it is oil-tight.

- Stand the motorcycle upright
on a horizontal surface.
- Check the engine oil level. (

Remove the screw for unlocking the timing chain tensioner.
- Mount and tighten special tool

If the measured value is less than the specification:
- Check the oil pumps for wear. Check all oil channels
to ensure they are
clear.
- Switch off the engine.
Warning
Dangar 01 bums Some vehicle components get very hot when the machine
is driven.

Wear appropriate protective clothing and safety gloves. In case of burns,
rinse immediately with lukewarm water.
