NOTE: Four-channel monitoring must be configured in the Display Setup in
two separate tiles.
3.4.2 About the rSO2 Tile
The rSO2 tile displays all (rSO2, BL, AUC) values in units of % with a resolution of 1%.
If the rSO2 measurement is invalid, “- -” displays in place of digits.
rSO2 channel colors are represented as follows:
Channel 1 = blue
Channel 2 = grey
Channel 3 = orange
Channel 4 = green
3.4.3 rSO2 Alarms
The rSO2 alarm limits cannot be configured at the V 12/V 21. The alarm limits are configured at the
INVOS device and displayed at the V 12/V 21. Refer to the INVOS 5100C System Operations Manual
for additional information regarding alarm limits.
3.4.4 Message Area
The message area provides information about the current state of the rSO2 parameter. If there is
more than one message to display, the messages scroll.
MESSAGE DETAILS
<Channel Label>-rSO2 High
Alarm Violation
I
ndicates that the current value for channel 1/2/3/4 is either equal to or
higher than the set alarm limits.
<Channel Label>-rSO2 Low
Alarm Violation
I
ndicates that the current value for channel 1/2/3/4 is either equal to or
lower than the set alarm limits.
Check INVOS Indicates the INVOS Monitor should be checked for a technical error.
