PinP (picture in picture) display
The image of an external device connected to the following connectors can be
displayed on the monitor together with the endoscopic live image.
PinP composite terminal on the front panel
(prior to the PinP Y/C terminal on the rear panel.)
PinP Y/C terminal on the rear panel
The PinP function has two modes, “ON/OFF mode” and “Mode Change mode”.
The two modes display images in different ways. Presetting of PinP in the “User
preset” menu is needed. See “PinP (picture in picture) function” on page 246.
1. Confirm that the external device is connected to either the PinP composite
terminal on the front panel or the PinP Y/C terminal on the rear panel (see
Figure 5.2).
