Why can’t I start presentation?
 Check whether a PC is connected to the VC110 all-in-one unit.
 Check whether the PC is sending a signal.
 Check the call statistics to see whether the endpoint is sharing content.
 Ensure that dual-stream is configured correctly. For more information, refer to
Dual-Stream Protocol on page 200.
Why does the far-site display black screen when local starts a
presentation?
This situation may due to the difference between Signaling Server address and the Media Server
address.
The actual address is different from the negotiated address, so that start a presentation in this
situation will result in the failure of sending packets to the correct address. You can disable the
network adaptive feature, so that the endpoint will send packets to the negotiated address
other than the actual address.
