PROCEDURE:
●Front-left pedal bracket assembly
Grasp the anti-scalding board and remove two bolts.
Fix the head of the bolt with sleeve, remove the nut and remove the anti-scalding board.
The gap between the left radiator and the left pedal bracket extends into the nut ⑴ which is fixed by the 14
Remove the bolt on the back of the shifter pedal rocker arm.
Fix the head of the bottom bolt_, remove the nut_with sleeve on the left side and remove the left foot bracket
assembly; the bolt can not be removed.
●The front of the muffler
Push the radiator assembly forward to reveal two nuts and remove them.
Remove the muffler flange.
●Muffler assembly
Remove the bolt_at the installation point of the left muffler and remove the outer bushing_. Buffer glue_and
bushing near muffler hanging ear need to be removed before the muffler assembly can be removed.
CAUTION:
●The muffler should be completely cooled before it is disassembled.
●Early production does not contain muffler left ironing plate, can be installed
