PROCEDURE:
●Rear right pedal bracket assembly
Remove the right side cover according to the step of removing the side cover.
Remove three bolts ⑴ and remove the right rear pedal bracket assembly ⑵.
●Muffler assembly
Put the plum wrench into the gap and fix the nut, hold the muffler assembly, and remove the bolt.
Remove the muffler assembly from the frame. Be careful not to pull the oxygen sensor cable.
Remove the sealing gasket from the exhaust port ⑷. It is recommended to replace the new sealing gasket after
disassembling and assembling the muffler each time.
●Oxygen sensor
Insert the small screwdriver into ⑴ pry the fixed button open, and push the arrow ⑵ in the direction indicated
by the arrow ⑵ to remove it from the oxygen sensor wire adapter. Remove the oxygen sensor with an open
wrench.
CAUTION:
●The muffler should be completely cooled before it is disassembled.
