6.7 Testing Mimic Panels
This chapter describes how to test each mimic panel individually.
When the test is initiated for a selected mimic panel, a test signal will
be sent to this panel.
From the Service Menu, perform the following:
 Use the arrow down button to scroll downwards to
Unit Test, then press Enter.
 Scroll down to Mimic Panels, then press Enter.
 Use the arrow button to select the mimic panel that
is to be tested.
Note that mimic panels will appear only if mimic panels are
physically connected to the system. If not, the message “No Units
Found” will appear in the display.
 Press the Function button
 To start the test, press Enter.
 Press Enter once more to confirm.
 To stop the test, use the arrow up/down button to select the
mimic panel that is set to test mode, press the Function button
, use the arrow down button to select Stop Test, then press
Enter twice.

