3.20 Restore Factory Settings
This menu selection allows you to restore factory settings.
Note that all configuration data will be deleted, and the system will
return to its pre-configured state (factory settings).
After the command “Restore Factory Settings” is run, the fault
message “Missing Configuration File” will appear in the display,
which is normal.
The command “Save Configuration” and “Restart System” must then
be run. When these two commands are executed, the configuration
file including the factory settings will take effect, and the fault
message will no longer be shown.
From the Service Menu, perform the following:
Press Enter to select System Settings.
Press the arrow down button to select Restore Factory Settings.
Press Enter, and the following message will appear in the display:
”All configuration data will be deleted and the system restarted.
Are you sure you want to continue?”
To execute the command, use the left arrow button, then press
Enter.
The following message will appear in the display: “Please Wait….
System is now shutting down.”
