Fixed Keys
The monitor has a Power ON/OFF key and eight fixed keys on
the front of the unit. These keys give the user access to various
monitoring functions:
Power
Press this key to turn the monitor on or off.
Alarm Silence
Press this key to silence an active alarm for
one minute.
Record
Press this key to start a manual recording. If no
recorder is connected or assigned to this moni-
tor, the recording is stored as an event and can
be viewed, printed or deleted at a later date.
Alarm Limits
Press this key to access the alarm limits table.
NBP Start/Stop
Press this key to start a manual NBP measure-
ment, or to stop one in progress.
All Alarms Off
Press this key to silence all alarms for three
minutes.
Fast Access
Press this key to access the monitor’s Bottom
Channel menu as well tabular trends, graphical
trends, and the Event Recall screen.
Menu
Press this key to access the monitor’s Main
Menu.
Main Screen
Press this key to return to the monitor’s main
screen from any open menu or display, or to
return to monitoring after Standby or a patient
discharge.
