7-7-3-4 DBM64G
This diagnostic test performs the self-diagnosis of every electric component and interface in DBM64G
board.
Table 7-4 below outlines Voluson™ P8/Voluson™P6 Diagnostics Tool described in the sub-sections.
7-7-3-4-1 Voltage DBM64G
It verifies Each Power Voltage level on DBM64G board and displays the current voltage levels and the
test result as PASSED/FAILED.
7-7-3-4-2 Temperature DBM64G
It verifies DBM64G Temerature Interface on DBM64G board and displays the current DBM64G FPGA
temperature and the test result as PASSED/FAILED.
7-7-3-4-3 SCI(Scan Control Interface)
It verifies SCI between DBM64G-FPGA and DRFG-FPGA and displays the current available
GL(GeckoLight)units and the test result as PASSED/FAILED.
7-7-3-4-4 MLA(Multi-Line Acquisition)
It verifies MLA Interface between DRFG and DBM64G and displays the current passed GL units and
the test result as PASSED/FAILED.
7-7-3-4-5 ADC(Analog Digital Converter)
It verifies ADC Interface between DBM64G and AFE on DBM64G board and displays the current
passed total ADC number and the test result as PASSED/FAILED.
7-7-3-4-6 SignalGen
SignalGen is called by ASP(Analog signal Path). It verifies from AFE to DRFG by generating test wave
signal and recording it with ADC and displays each channels diagnostics result, and the overall test
result as PASSED/FAILED.
7-7-3-4-7 TxPulser
It verifies Tx Signal from TxPulser on DBM64G board by firing test Tx pulse wave and reading back from
corresponding Rx channel and displays each channels diagnostics result and the overall test result as
PASSED/FAILED.
