LOAD/SAVE RESTORE display targets
The command targets at the bottom of the display in Figure 98 perform the functions that are defined in
the following table.
Table 26 UCN Status Display LOAD/SAVE RESTORE
Target
Function
PROGRAM LOAD
Loads the program and data to the chosen UCN device.
The device must be in the Alive state. The command is
executed by selecting the ENTER target.
RESTORE DATA
Restores the database to the chosen UCN device. The
device must be in the Idle state. The command is executed
by selecting the ENTER target.
SAVE DATA
Saves the database from the chosen UCN device into either
the History Module or removable media. This is sometimes
called “Checkpointing.” The command is executed by
selecting the ENTER target.
LADDER LOAD
This is a Logic Manager function.
LADDER SAVE
This is a Logic Manager function.
CANCEL
Clears the LOAD PROGRAM, RESTORE DATA, SAVE
DATA, LADDER LOAD, LADDER SAVE, and ENTER
command targets from the display.
ENTER
The ENTER target must be selected for the chosen
LOAD/SAVE RESTORE function to be executed.
