3.6.5 Installing a WS332M2-5 Ambient Temperature and

Humidity Sensor

Prerequisites

The object where you plan to install the ambient temperature and humidity sensor has been

installed.

Context



Ambient temperature and humidity sensors can be installed on different objects based on

scenarios. This section describes how to install an ambient temperature and humidity

sensor on a wall.



The effective monitoring area is 20 square meters for each ambient temperature and

humidity sensor. Lay them out based on the areas to be monitored.

Procedure

Step 1 Install the ambient temperature and humidity sensor to the position specified on the wall, and

secure it using bolts.

Step 2 Press down the strip on the ambient temperature and humidity sensor. Align the strip with the

hole in the sensor base, and then secure the ambient temperature and humidity sensor to the

base.
