8. Measure clutch disk hub outside diameter.
Limit ：27.94mm
9. Inspect idler gear and idle gear shaft for
abnormal wear. If so, replace.
10. Measure idle gear shaft orifice inside
diameter.
Limit ：10.05mm
11. Measure idle gear shaft outside diameter.
Limit ：9.94mm
Install them in the reverse order of removal.
3.4.9 Oil pump
1. Remove bolts to dismount right crankcase
cover.
2. Remove gasket and dowel pin. Remove
clutch.
3. Remove oil pump cover.
4. Remove nut to take out oil pump sprocket
and chain. Inspect them for abnormal wear.
If so, replace
