Segment“RES”should blink.
With the fuel level sensor float at the top (FULL)
position, turn the ignition switch to “ON” and
check the fuel gauge. All segments up to
segment “F”should come on.
If the fuel gauge does not function properly,
check the fuel level sensor
If the fuel level sensor is OK, replace the LCD
Meter.
Fuel level Sensor Inspection
Disconnect the fuel level sensor 2p Green
connector and connect the ohmmeter to the
sensor side connector terminals.
Measure the fuel level sensor resistance with the
float at the top (FULL)
And bottom (RESERVE) positions.
FLOAT POSITION
RESISTANCE(20℃/
68°)
TOP(FULL)
4-10Ω
BOTTOM(RESERVE)
100-110Ω
