Note:
The customer can download or request a new set of operating instructions.
Cause:
Power electronic (N1-1) defective.
Remedy:
Install a new power electronic. See Section 045-4.8.
3.6 Fault Code F20 – Heating Fault
Cause:
Fill-level electrode E1-2 receiving constant fill-level signal. Steam generator
heating defective.
Remedy:
Replace steam generator. See Section 035-4.4.
3.7 Fault Code F44 - Control Electronic/Power Electronic Interface
Fault
Cause:
Faulty communication between the control electronic (N1-2) and power
electronic (N1-1).
Remedy:
1. Check the plugs for correct seating and contact.
2. Check the wiring harness.
3. Replace the wiring harness with plugs, if necessary.
Cause:
Control electronic (N1-2) defective.
Remedy:
Install a new control electronic. See Section 060-4.3.
Cause:
Power electronic (N1-1) defective.
Remedy:
Install a new power electronic. See Section 045-4.8.
3.8 Fault Code F54 – Roast Probe Short-Circuited
Cause:
Sensor is short-circuited in its connection to ET 7440 or ELP 7440 electronic
Remedy:
1. Replace roast probe or its wiring.
2. Replace roast probe electronic. See Section 045-4.11.
3. Install a new power electronic. See Section 045-4.8.
3.9 Fault Code F55 - Safety Cut-Out
