3.22 Fault Code F235 – Control/Power Electronic Communication Fault
Cause:
MBUS hardware on control or power electronic defective.
Remedy:
Replace control or power electronic. See Section 060-4.4 or Section 045-4.8.
Cause:
Short circuit in wiring harness.
Remedy:
Replace the wiring harness between the control and power electronics.
Cause:
EMV interference.
Remedy:
Locate the source of EMV interference and remove it, if possible.
3.23 Fault Code F241 - Touchpad Communication Fault
Cause:
Communication to touchpad controller on control electronic is defective or
open-circuited.
Remedy:
Replace control electronic. See Section 060-4.4.
3.24 Fault Code F242 - Touchscreen Communication Fault
Cause:
Communication to touchscreen controller on control electronic is defective or
open-circuited.
Remedy:
Replace control electronic. See Section 060-4.4.
3.25 Update Was Not Successful
Symptom:
During an update, the following message occurs: "Firmware update fault! A
fault occurred during the update. Repeat the update process or the control
will have to be replaced! Repeat the update process?"
Cause:
Too many power losses during data transfer.
Remedy:
Update directly at the control electronic using a fiberoptic cable.
Note:
The MDU must remain in “message” status; the update must not be
canceled with "No".
1. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
