3.3 Fascia Panel Slips Down (Water Tank Can Be Removed)
Symptom:
After the fascia panel has reached its upper end stop, it slips down slightly.
Cause:
The voltage for the fascia panel drive motor (M19) is switched off. The weight
of the fascia causes it to drop slightly.
Remedy:
None. So long as both water containers can be removed without the fascia
panel needing to be lifted by hand, this is normal.
3.4 Water Drips Out of the Drawer
Symptom:
When the water container is removed, water drips out of the drawer.
Cause:
Not known.
Remedy:
After the water container has been removed, dry the drawer with a cloth.
3.5 Fascia Panel No Longer Closes Automatically
Symptom:
The fascia panel no longer closes automatically. This only occurs when the
clock has been switched on permanently.
Cause:
Software fault.
Series modification:
Software modification after machine no. 111051558
Remedy:
Update the firmware to ID 2434 or higher.
3.6 Powdery Residue behind Fascia Panel
Symptom:
White residue behind the fascia panel, near the water intake hose.
Cause:
Talcum powder is used in order to improve surface slip for the water intake
hose while the fascia panel is opening or closing.
Remedy:
None.
