4.12 Wireless Roast Probe Test
Note:
When testing the wireless roast probe system, the oven cavity, top heater
element and the antenna on the top heater element must all be dry.
1. To dry the oven cavity, wipe it clean and then heat it for 5-10 minutes
using the Surround program.

2. Insert a cookie sheet on the bottom rack.
3. Place a standard, tall coffee cup with handle in the center of the cookie
sheet.
Note:
Do not use a short coffee cup, as the roast probe will fall out.
4. Lay the roast probe diagonally in the coffee cup with its handle pointing
up and to the right.
