PISA Messages
Error Message %%PISA-3-MQC_REMOVE_POLICY: Failed to remove policy-map [chars] from

Explanation
Removal of the PISA MQC policy map failed because the ixp-policy was not found, or
the parameters are invalid, or data structures are corrupted.
Recommended Action Copy the message exactly as it appears on the console or in the system log.
