Carry out all 50, 100. 200, 250, 500, and 1000 hour
servicing at the same time.
1. Checking the alternator and the
starter motor
Consult your local KUBOTA dealer for checking the
alternator and the starter motor

EVERY 3000 SERVICE HOURS
Carry out all 50, 100, 200, 250, 500, 1000, and 1500
hour servicing at the same time.
1. Checking the EGR system
Consult your local KUBOTA dealer for checking the
EGR system.
2. Checking the turbocharger
Consult your local KUBOTA dealer for checking the
turbocharger
.
3. Replacing the fuel tank breather
WARNING
To avoid personal injury or death:
• Keep fire away.
1. Remove the fuel tank breather.
2.
Replace the fuel tank breather with new ones.
(1) Fuel tank breather
IMPORTANT :
• Do
not clean the fuel tank breather. Cleaning
the fuel tank breather with compressed air
especially may damage the internal filter.
• If the fuel tank breather becomes clogged,
the fuel tank may get deformed.
EVERY 3000 TO 8000 SERVICE
HOURS
1. Cleaning the diesel particulate
filter (DPF)
The longer the DPF operates, the more ash (burnt
residue)
is collected in the filter. Too much ash build-up
adversely affects the DPF performance.
When the DPF cleaning time draws near, the message
“DPF requires cleaning soon” appears on the display.
When this message appears or every 8000hrs, consult
your local Kubota dealer to clean the DPF.
IMPORTANT :
• T
o clean up the DPF, a specific machine is
required.
Do not attempt to clean it in any other way, such
as disassembling, shaking and heating as toxic
chemicals may be present inside of the DPF.
