2. Rotate
the jog dial to select the icon [Settings], and
press the jog dial switch.
For touch operation, touch the icon [Settings].

3. Rotate
the jog dial to select [Machine Lockout],
and press the jog dial switch.
For touch operation, touch [Machine Lockout].
4. Enter the owner password.
5. Rotate
the jog dial to select [Password] or [Login
Keep (min)], and press the jog dial switch.
6. Rotate the jog dial to the right or left to select the
desired setting, and press the jog dial switch to
confirm the selection.
For touch operation, touch the button, [-], or [+] to
select the desired setting.
NOTE :
•
[Password] must be set to [On] before the
login keep time can be set.
• If [Password] is set to [Off], you can not
select [Login Keep (min)].
• The login keep time can be set in 1 minute
increments from 0 to 20 minutes.
7. Rotate
the jog dial to select the icon [✔], and press
the jog dial switch to save the new settings.
For touch operation, touch the icon [✔].
NOTE :
• To retain the previous settings, press the
return switch.
• For touch operation, touch the return button.
If [Password] is set to [On], the password entry
screen is displayed when the start switch is pushed
after logging out of the machine. The machine
cannot be operated without entering the configured
password.

11.1 How to use the machine lockout
function
1. Press
the start switch to change the start switch
mode to “OFF.”
The login keep screen appears on the display.
2. The following operations are possible when the
login keep screen is displayed.
• When the start switch is pushed, the login
status is retained and the machine can be
operated again.
• If you rotate the jog dial to select the icon [✔]
and press the jog dial switch, you can log out of
the machine immediately.
For touch operation, touch the icon [✔].
