check cutout adjustment:
1.
Allow battery to set unused for two
hours. Check

and compare to battery
manufacturer's recommendations.

Measure voltage to lift/lower solenoid.

Inspect

solenoid for binding.

Inspect pressure relief valve for binding
or weak spring.
