CHECKING THE FRONT BRAKE MASTER
CYLINDER
1. Check:
Brake Master Cylinder "1" Damage /
scratches / wear
Replace יו .
Flights distribution brake fluid "2" (Body brake
caliper)
Obstructed יו Blow with compressed air.


Soft or spongy feeling
Purge יו

REMOVAL OF FRONT BRAKE MASTER
CYLINDER
NOTE:
Before disassembling the front brake master
cylinder, drain the brake fluid
entire brake system

1. Disconnect:
Brake light switch front "1"
NOTE:
Press the catch to remove the brake light switch
front brake master cylinder.


Remove:
Combination screw brake hose
Copper Washers
Brake Hose

NOTE:
To collect the remaining brake fluid, place a
container under the master cylinder and the end
of the brake hose.



Check:
Kit brake master cylinder
Damage / scratches / wear
Replace יו .
3. Check:
Deposit brake master cylinder
Damage / scratches / wear
Replace יו .
Diaphragm brake master cylinder
Damage / wear
Replace יו .
4. Check: Brake Hose
Cracks / damage / wear
Replace יו .



WARNING
Prior to assembly, all internal brake
components must be cleaned and lubricated
with a cleanser or new brake fluid. Never use
solvents on internal brake components.


Recommended liquid
DOT 3 or DOT 4


