REMOVING THE REAR WHEEL (DRUM)
1. Place the vehicle on a flat surface.

WARNING
Securely support the vehicle so there is no risk
of falling.

NOTE:
Place the vehicle on a suitable stand so that the
front wheel is lifted.


Remove:
Adjusting nut brake rod "1" brake rod "2"
Spring "3"
Pin "4"
NOTE:
Press down on the brake pedal to remove the
pin from the brake rod.

3.
Measure:
Radial deflection of the wheel
Windage wheel
Refer to "CHECKING THE FRONT WHEEL"
on page 4-8

CHECKING THE REAR WHEEL
1.
Check:
Cube rear wheel traction
Cracks / damage
Replace יו.
Dampers hub of the rear wheel drive
Damage / wear
Replace יו.

CHECKING AND REPLACING THE GEAR
REAR WHEEL
1.
Check:
Sprocket of the rear wheel
More than 1/4 of tooth wear
יו
Replace
the whole transmission chain, sprocket, and the
sprocket of the rear wheel.
Teeth bent
יו
Replace the entire
transmission chain, sprocket, and larueda rear wheel
sprocket.







3.
Remove: Rear
Wheel
NOTE:
Push the rear wheel forward and remove the
drive chain from the rear wheel sprocket.

VERIFICATION REAR WHEEL
1.
Check:
Wheel Hub
Rear Wheel



b.
Correct
1. Transmission roller chain
2. Sprocket of the rear wheel


Replace:
Sprocket of the rear wheel
a. Remove the counter-nuts of the sprocket
of the rear wheel.
Wheel bearings
b. Clean the bucket wheel drive
Oil Seals
Refer to "CHECKING THE FRONT WHEEL"
on page 4-8
2. Check:
Tire
Rear Wheel
Damage / wear
Replace יו.
Refer to "CHECKING THE TIRES" on page 3-19
and "CHECKING THE TIRES" on page 3-20
back with a clean, especially clean surfaces
that are in contact with the sprocket of the
rear wheel.
c. Assemble a new sprocket on the rear
wheel.

