FRONT WHEEL ASSEMBLY
1.
Assembly:
• Wheel Bearings New
• Oil Seal New

a. Assemble the bearings and new oil seal in the
reverse order of disassembly.
CAUTION
Do not touch the inside track "1" or areas "2" of
wheel bearings. Contact must be made just
outside the track "3".

NOTE:
Use a wrench "4" to match the outside diameter
of the bearing and oil seal.

FRONT WHEEL ASSEMBLY (DISC)

1. Assemble: l
• Disco front brake.

Screws front brake disc
30 Nm (3.0 m · kg, 22 ft ·
lb) LOCTITE ®

NOTE:
Tighten the brake disc bolts in stages and in a
crisscross pattern.


Check:
• Disco Front brake
Refer to "CHECKING THE FRONT BRAKE DISC"
on page 4-19
3. Lubricate:
• Wheel Hub
• Edges oil seal
• Edges speed sensor

Recommended lubricant
Soap-based grease Lithium

4.
Assembly:
• Wheel lead


NOTE:
Assemble the wheel rim and marked "1", pointing
in the direction of wheel rotation.

