MAIN SHAFT ASSEMBLY AND DRIVE SHAFT
1. Install:
l
Toothed washer "1"
l
Pin lock "2" New
NOTE:
l
Be sure to install the lock pin so that its sharp
edge "to" be back to the ring gear and the gear.
3. Check:
l
Transmission gears
Blue discoloration / pitting / wear
יו
Replace damaged gears.
l
Lace transmission gears
Cracks / damage / rounded edges
יו
Replace defective parts.
l
Make sure the ends of the pin lock
"B" is placed in the groove in the shaft groove
"c".



New








Install:
l
Sprocket second "1"



4.
Check:
l
Gear transmission sprockets. (Each pinion
engages in its respective gear wheel)
Wrong
Reassemble יו the axes of
the
transmission
NOTE:
Press the second pinion on the main shaft "2", as
shown in the illustration.

Mounting depth "a"
106.85-107.05 mm
5. Check:
l
Movement of transmission gears
Rough movement
Replace יו
parts
defective.
CHECKING THE CLUTCH PUSH ROD
1. Check:
l
Long push rod clutch
Cracks / damage / wear
Replace יו
the
long push rod of the clutch.
2. Measure:
l
Deformation limit of the push rod
Other than those specified
Replace יו
long push rod of the clutch

Bending limit of the push rod
0.500 mm


