BEARING RETAINER ASSEMBLY
1.
Install:
•Bearing retainer "1"
NOTE:
•Install the bearing retainer "1" marked "OUT"
"to" out.
•Apply a locking agent (LOCTITE) to the screw
threads of the retainer
bearing.
3. Install:
•Housing right
NOTE:
Rotate the drum segment changes "1" to the
position shown in the illustration. In this position,
the teeth of the drum segment changes touch
with the casing during assembly of sump.



4. Install:

•Crankcase Bolts

Crankcase Bolts
10 Nm (1.0 m · kg, 7.2 ft · lb)

NOTE:
Tighten each screw 1/4 turn at a time on stage and in
the correct sequence as shown.
• M6 × 70 mm: "7-9", "11"

CRANKCASE ASSEMBLY
1. Clean all contact surfaces of the seals and
crankcase.
2.
Apply:
•
Sealant
(On the crankcase mating surfaces)
• M6 × 55 mm, "14", "15"
• M6 × 45 mm: "1-5", "10"

