12.17.6 Operation principle
Insulation liquid monitoring function SSIML is used to monitor oil level in the circuit
breaker. Two binary output signals are used from the circuit breaker to initiate alarm
signals, level below alarm level and level below lockout level. If the input signal
LVL_ALM is high, which indicate that the oil level in the circuit breaker is below
alarm level, the output signal LVL_ALM, level below alarm level, will be initiated
