NAT Mapping Parameters
The following table defines the function and usage of NAT Mapping parameters in the NAT Settings section
under the Voice>Ext(n) tab in the phone web interface. It also defines the syntax of the string that is added
in the phone configuration file with XML(cfg.xml) code to configure a parameter.

To use externally mapped IP addresses and SIP/ RTP
ports in SIP messages, select yes. Otherwise, select
no.
Perform one of the following:
• In the phone configuration file with
XML(cfg.xml), enter a string in this format:
<NAT_Mapping_Enable_1_
ua="na">Yes</NAT_Mapping_Enable_1_>
• In the phone web page, set the parameter to Yes.
Allowed values: Yes|No
Default: No
NAT Mapping Enable
To send the configured NAT keep alive message
periodically, select yes. Otherwise, select no.
Perform one of the following:
• In the phone configuration file with
XML(cfg.xml), enter a string in this format:
<NAT_Keep_Alive_Enable_1_
ua="na">Yes</NAT_Keep_Alive_Enable_1_>
• In the phone web page, set the parameter to Yes.
