This function is only available for DC Inverter UTOPIA series (single combination) and SET-FREE series (heat recovery
system).
Function
Automatic cooling/heating operation is automatically switched cooling and heating based on the set temperature as follow-
ing inlet air temperature conditions.
The cooling operation is performed when the inlet air temperature is approximately 3 ºC higher than set temperature.
The heating operation is performed when the inlet air temperature is approximately 3 ºC lower than set temperature.
NOTE
• If the fan speed is set to “Lo” during the heating operation, the operation tends to be stopped by activating the protection devices, etc.
In this case, set to “Me”, “Hi” or “Hi2”.
• The heating operation is not available when the ambient temperature is higher than approximately 21 ºC.
• The threshold of switching temperature against the setting temperature is + 3 ºC in case of using this function. Therefore, this function
should not be utilized in the room where the accurate temperature and humidity controls are required.
