INSPECTION
Remove the front center cover (page 3-4).
Disconnect the ignition switch 3P connector.
Check for continuity at the terminals of the switch
side connector in each switch position.
Continuity should exist between the color coded wires as follows:
HANDLEBAR SWITCHES
RIGHT HANDLEBAR SWITCH
INSPECTION
Remove the front handlebar cover (page 3-6).
Disconnect the following:
– Starter switch 3P (Black) connector
– Lighting switch 3P connector
Check for continuity between the terminals of the
starter switch connector in each switch position.
Continuity should exist between the color coded wires as follows:
