REAR HANDLEBAR COVER
REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Remove the following:
– Front center cover (page 3-4)
– Front handlebar cover (page 3-6)
Release the Meter/handlebar switch wire harness
band bosses from the frame.
Release the Meter/handlebar switch wire harness
from the clamp.
Disconnect the following:
– Meter/handlebar switch 9P connectors
– Front brake light switch 3P connector
– Rear brake light switch wire connectors
– Speedometer cable
Remove the following:
– Two screws from the front side
– Screw from the rear side
Remove the rear handlebar cover.
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
UNDER COVER
REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Remove the front cover (page 3-6).
Release the main wire harness from the clamp and
move it, then remove the upper bolt.
Remove the two bolts from the both side.
Remove the under cover and disconnected the fuel
tank tray drain hose.
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
Route the wire har-
ness properly (page
1-17).
