All front panel LEDs lit?

System failed
to
initialize properly. Perform
the
following
procedures until
the
problem is solved.
a.
Cycle Power (depress
and
release power switch two times).
b. Replace the
CPU
Card. Check for proper system operation.
c.
Replace
the
Multifunction
I/0
Card. Check for proper system
operation.
d. Back-out all system
I/0
boards from backplane.
If
the
system initializes, insert one
I/0
board
at
a time
and
check
for proper initialization
of
the
system. Do this until
the
problem
reoccurs, then replace
that
I/0
board.
e.
Disconnect
the
power connectors
of
all internal peripherals.
Check for proper system initialization.
If
the
system initializes, connect one peripheral
at
a time
and
check for proper initialization
of
the
system. Do this until the
problem reoccurs,
then
replace
that
device.
f.
Replace
the
power supply.
g.
Replace
the
backplane.
h.
Contact the Hewlett-Packard Response Center for further
assistance. Refer
to
the
"Calling the Response Center" section for
more information.
