it
as an input.
With
either cable
(92219Q or A1703-63006), the Multifunction
I/0
PCA
drives this line and
the
modem drives
the
same line.
Caution
I
This modem should not be used because all HP cables connect circuit
111
to
the modem.
If
this modem is connected,
both
the
Multifunction
I/0
PCA
and
the modem drive circuit 111. This modem has been used in
the
past
with the
CIO-based
AP
card and had the same problem.
Turn off all
data
compression modes.
The Hayes defaults for
the
modem lines must be changed
to
the following:
