Networking Requirements
As shown in Figure 7-8, Switch B creates EBGP connections with Switch A and Switch C. You
can configure the No_Export community attribute on Switch A. Thus, the routes advertised from
AS 10 to AS 20 are not advertised to other ASs.

Configuration Roadmap
The configuration roadmap is as follows:
1. Configure the EBGP connections between Switch A and Switch B, and between Switch B
and Switch C.
2. Configure the routing policy on Switch A, and advertise No_Export community attribute.
Data Preparation
To complete the configuration, you need the following data:
l The router ID of Switch A is 1.1.1.1 and its AS number is 10.
l The router ID of Switch B is 2.2.2.2 and its AS number is 20.
