14-4-7. SAFETY Board
[Functions]
c If this board detects the activation of the emergency stop switch, limit sensor, or area sensor,
it shuts down the servo power.
d This board detects the activation of the cover open switch.
e This board detects an alarm, which occurs in the servo driver or magnescale.
f Via the interface circuit with the CARRY relay board, this board exchanges the signals
among the sensors and solenoid valves of the board transport, and the sensors and
solenoid valves of the ATC.
g SMEMA I/F circuit is mounted on this board.
h This board is equipped with a flash ROM to store the M/S parameters.
[Jumper switch settings]
The jumper switch settings may vary depending on the model of machine. Four kinds of machine
models are provided including the CE machine. Check the machine model when setting the
board.
Function Rev. and pattern Rev. of the board are set on the SW 1. Normally, do not change the
switch settings.
The following is a sample setting with pattern Rev. 2 and function Rev. 3.
