Reduce / Enlarge
To reduce or enlarge the size of a copied image from 25 to 400% when you copy original documents from the
document glass or the ADF.
NOTE:
• When you make a reduced copy, black lines may appear at the bottom of your copy.
1 Select the Output tab, and then select Reduce/Enlarge.
2 Select the desired setting, and then select OK.

• The value marked by an asterisk (*) is the factory default setting.
• inch series
NOTE:
• You can also specify the value in increments of 1% from 25 to 400 by selecting or or entering a value using the
number pad. See the following table for specific zoom ratios.
The method to load print media vary depends on the size and orientation of the print media, "Loading Print
Media in the Standard 150 Sheet Tray" on page 96.
For print media that can be loaded, refer to "Usable Print Media" on page 95.
